After an art collector purchased everything the artist owned, the exhibit emerged as a process of relinquishing and transferring personal property. Behind the museum’s closed doors in the evening, the artist made use of the empty exhibition room to photograph the objects in a studio-like setting. After documentation, the items were packed and shipped to the collector. As the exhibition room emptied bit by bit, the photos became a pictorial valediction.
